EV charging for strata and car parks in Melbourne
The hard part is the building, not the charger. We assess your supply, plan for every bay, and set up billing so each driver pays for their own charging.
How we plan a building
Built around what an owners corporation or facility manager needs to approve.
Capacity check
We look at the main supply and the car park boards to see how many chargers the building can run today.
A plan for every bay
Even if only a few residents want chargers now, cabling and load management are planned so more can be added without starting again.
Load management
Chargers share the available power and slow down when the building is busy, instead of needing a costly supply upgrade.
Billing
Each charger is linked to its user, so residents or staff pay for their own charging.
Approvals
We prepare what your owners corporation or landlord needs to vote on or sign off.

Workplaces and fleets
Charging staff cars or a fleet at work? We size chargers to how long cars sit in the bay, so you are not paying for speed you don’t use.
Does our owners corporation need to approve EV chargers?
Usually, for anything on common property. The rules depend on your building. We provide the technical information the committee needs to decide.
Can one resident install a charger in their own bay?
Often, if the building has capacity and the owners corporation agrees. Planning the whole car park first stops each new charger making the next one harder.
Which chargers do you install?
The Tesla Wall Connector and other leading brands with load management and billing features. We recommend chargers to suit the building.
Do we need a bigger power supply?
Not always. Load management lets many chargers share the supply you have. We tell you when an upgrade is genuinely needed.
