Portable electrical equipment wears out: cords get crushed, plugs crack and earths fail. Testing and tagging to AS/NZS 3760 finds the faults before someone gets hurt.
How often depends on where the equipment is used, from every three months on construction sites to much longer in offices. We set a schedule that fits your site and the standard.

Emergency and exit lighting
Emergency and exit lights have to work when the power fails. AS/NZS 2293.2 sets out routine checks, including a six-monthly test that runs each light on its battery.
We test, log the results, replace failed batteries and fittings, and give you the records for your essential safety measures report.
How often should we test and tag?
It depends on the environment and the equipment. Construction sites test every three months, and factories and warehouses more often than offices. We recommend a schedule after a walk through your site.
Who is responsible for exit lighting?
The building owner, under Victoria’s essential safety measures rules, though leases often pass the work to tenants. Check your lease. We can work with either.
